Where do I see myself in 10 years?

Well, in 10 years I hope to be studying in another country and doing something good with my life.

I hope to find someone who I can share my life with and to have indenpence and responsabily enough to make my own life alone. 

I hope to have good friends, who I can count on. 

I honestly don't know where I am gointo to be in 10 years or what I am goint to be doing. I just hope that I can achiveve my goals and be somewhere that I loke, with people that I love. 

Self-Awareness

Self Awareness is having a clear perception of your personality, including strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivation, and emotions. Self Awareness allows you to understand other people, how they perceive you, your attitude and your responses to them in the moment.

Why Develop Self Awareness?
As you develop self awareness you are able to make changes in the thoughts and interpretations you make in your mind. Changing the interpretations in your mind allows you to change your emotions. Self awareness is one of the attributes of Emotional Intelligence and an important factor in achieving success.

Develop Self Awareness
Self awareness is developed through practices in focusing your attention on the details of your personality and behavior. It isn’t learned from reading a book. When you read a book you are focusing your attention on the conceptual ideas in the book. With your attention in a book you are practicing not paying attention to your own behavior, emotions and personality.

Motivation

What is motivation?

Motivation is literally the desire to do things. It's the difference between waking up before dawn to pound the pavement and lazing around the house all day. It's the crucial element in setting and attaining goals—and research shows you can influence your own levels of motivation and self-control. 

If you don't have motivation, you won't do anyhting that you need to do because you don't feel like it or think that you are not good enough.

Types of motivation:

The first type of motivation is amotivation, and occurs when an individual has very low levels of motivation towards any given task. The individual will display neither intrinsic nor extrinsic based behavior. 

The second type of motivation is extrinsic motivation. Defined by Honeybourne (2005, p.81) as “the drive that is caused by motives that are external or environmental.” Extrinsic motivation is similar to intrinsic motivation in terms of self-determinism.

About me

Well, my name is Anna Luiza Chaves and I am 14. I am going to turn 15 in July.
I live only with my mother and we have a good relashionship.
Physically, I am short, I am brunnet and my eyes are kind of green.
And in personality, I think that I am stubborn and I can be a good friend.
My passions are music and just stay in my place.
 I love to play my guitar and stay in my bed watching TV shows.
I think that's me.
